We're thrilled to share that Sarah Wan, a member of Singapore Runners Club (SGRC) and fan of Sunday Shades, clinched an impressive third place on September 17 in the highly competitive Women's Open Category during the recent Race Against Cancer 10KM event.
Hosted by the Singapore Cancer Society (SCS), the Race Against Cancer 2023 (RAC 2023) has a noble mission – to generate funds for essential purposes such as cancer treatment subsidies, welfare aid, cancer rehabilitation, hospice care, cancer screenings, research endeavours, public education initiatives, and support groups for those affected by cancer. This year marks the 15th anniversary of the Race Against Cancer.
What makes Sarah's journey truly exceptional is her support for a noble cause. The Race Against Cancer is more than just a race; it's a collective endeavour to battle a formidable foe—cancer.
